LEFT DRIVER SIDE AMP Research power running board motor for Ford F-150 2009-2013

hey guys this here is an f-150 I believe it's a 2013 anyway the problem is the running boards it's got the power running boards and they don't go up and down anymore they are simply stuck down like that and it's usually caused by the motors going bad or stiffening of the linkages because of rust corrosion in the linkages so I'm replacing the motors on these particular ones here you got to take it off there's no way really to do it on the truck so take the running board off and I have it on the bench here as you can see I have it clamped to the bench and this one I already have it loose but I'll go through what you have to do there's three bolts that hold it on one here one here and one here allen head and a 13 millimeter nut you get those three loose and then there is a pinch bolt here and a wedge and that's what that looks like you have to take that bolt out of there in the wedge out f
