hey guys in this video where I'm going to talk about the elinchrom grids the different type of grades and the purpose of grids to demonstrate I'm gonna use my elinchrom LC 1000 I'm not going to add any light shapers just to show you how the light is evenly spread on my backdrop this is silver reflector I'm gonna go ahead and add silver reflector on my light and as you can see the direction of light change and you can see more light in the middle of my backdrop so these are the elinchrom honey congress there are 21 centimeter grids that you can place on this 21 centimeter reflector they are in 30 degrees twenty twelve and eight degrees and by using these grids you can control the direction of light I'm gonna go ahead and and start with the 30 degree grid by adding the grid you can see that the spread of light is less so I'm gonna add 20 degree now just for comparison and it's even more n
