we have a 2005 Toyota Sienna and the sliding door mechanism is malfunctioned it can obviously tell through this cable over here that's frayed which has a plastic coating just worn out over the years I went through the salvage yard found another Siena and pulled a whole door mechanism in order to replace this unit we have to take the slide panel out over here and then eventually remove the window okay there's a little pushpin over here now this key catches this little clip over here now we're taking off this plastic facial is a Philips head screw over here so it's almost out I'll be the Lorna glass there's a little pushpin over here take this rubber piece off over here well take this piece off all right we're going to be removing a side window glass so you have access port here and an access port over here to get to the bolts alright I'm gonna have to raise a window do you see the bolt I
