going to be disassembling a dell tb16 thunderbolt backing station first thing we need to do is flip it over and take this rubber pad off the bottom of it you may need to pry up on one of the corners to get it loose okay there's seven screws on the bottom here that we need to take out and then we also need to take these two out which we'll do first to detach the cable after these two screws come off this little metal plate pops out of here so if you need to replace your cable on your docking station you wouldn't need to take the rubber bottom off you could just pull up the flap on that rubber bottom undo these two screws take that metal bracket off and then just pull the cable out so this would be if you wanted to just replace your your cable that would be how to do that so if you need to get to the inside of it then we need to take out the other seven screws all these screws are the exa
