hi this is Tim and this is amber and today we're gonna go through how to troubleshoot your serial port drivers these steps work with all our cables whether it be 27 11 in C 13 hour 17 47 USC the 1747 cp3 or the 1761 CBL PMI 2 actually works with all of our competitors cables it works with most 3d printers or anything that requires a comport you can use these steps and chances are get your drivers working we're gonna start with the easy methods and then work our way to the harder methods that way hopefully we get you taken care of as quickly as possible first thing we're gonna need to do is open up our device manager and to get there go to your Start menu and just start typing device manager and you'll see it come up click on it and without your cable plugged in it should look something like you see here and then we're gonna plug our cable in [Music] and if we get lucky then after that w
