well hello there retro pc durham it's chris here with another video and uh this is something that's going to be really fun to do is is taking a look back and having some nostalgia for my favorite series of products in the pc world the thinkpad now um this video and uh probably the next couple of videos are all going to be wrapped around a number of think pad models that are part of i guess what you call the lenovo line of thinkpads so this would be you know after 2005 2006 when ibm sold the pc company to this chinese startup legend computers and created this new company called lenovo um they took the thinkpad brand and the think center brand and netvista and everything else that was part of pc um and for the first i guess year or so uh they just kept all the model stuff all the same and then when it was time they you know kind of relaunched their new product lines with a new branding um
