i've always been skeptical of buying certified refurbished electronics but am really satisfied with this product i can't tell the difference between this one and a new microsoft surface laptop which is great since i am team microsoft over apple the seller is reputable as this product did come with a one-year microsoft warranty with 90-day tech support upon setting it up i did experience a minor issue with the microsoft updates but it wasn't anything youtube couldn't fix [Music] but i do need to mention that this product is sensitive to winter weather because of the material it is made of after taking minds to school with me in a computer bag it wouldn't turn back on and i was afraid i would have to return it after only having it for no more than four days so do be aware that you if you live a cold state and plan to travel with this product that you need to keep it warm i love this lapto
