what's up guys today we'll be talking about the msi modern 14 it's a low to mid-range ultrabook that I would say competes with the Asus Zenbook in terms of portability and price this thing starts at $750 for the base model or you can spec it up with the MX 150 for 900 bucks the model that I'm reviewing is the base model but there shouldn't be any difference aside from the graphics performance the build quality is good a little bit of flex on the screen assembly and the keyboard deck bends a little bit near the center but it's built quite well overall and doesn't feel cheap to me hinge tension is good maybe a tad bit tight but because of the way the hinge is designed the screen does have quite a bit of screen wobble it also comes in dark grey or a silver color both with a brushed aluminum texture the grille up top above the keyboard is not for the speakers msi has always had downward fir
