hey what's up everyone in this video I'm gonna be showing you how to factory reset your Asus book flip and this one is running Windows 10 I believe the model number is the are 5 5 4 l customer doesn't forgot it can't get into it you know if you have a password on yours and you forgot it I'm going to show you how to do the hard reset so you can start using it again also if it's not booting up correctly or maybe it has a virus by doing the reset it's gonna erase it back to factory condition so it should start working normally again alright so let's get started alright so here we go has a password as you can see it says password is incorrect try again alright so what we're gonna do is we're gonna hold down the shift key and while you're holding down the shift key we're gonna go over here to the the lower right side to the power off button we're gonna click on it and we're gonna select rest
